•  1 bunch Rosemary
  • 1 bunch Thyme
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 200ml Olive oil


1. Bring the oil to a medium temperature (60/70oc)
2. Add the herbs and garlic
3. turn the oil down to a low heat
4. Allow the herbs to infuse in the oil for 2/3 hours
