A happy home for a stray raspberry. Raspberries a little past their peak are the perfect addition to this summer vinaigrette. You can freeze them at any point so that you're always set with this soon-to-be summer staple. 
White wine vinegar is also fine.

Ingredients:

  • 6 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 150g Frozen/Fresh Raspberries
  • 2 Tsp Honey

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth or whisk vigerously by hand
